1 General Terms & Conditions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the v55 platform and all associated services. It is your responsibility to read these Terms carefully before using the v55 website, mobile app, or any other digital channel through which our services are provided.

• An active mobile number and email address.
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older).
• Current residential address.

KYC Verification Process

V55 complies with international KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations. For large withdrawals or security-related reasons, we may request any one of the following documents:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
• A copy of a recent bank statement or utility bill.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on v55 are fully transparent and secure. We support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking services, as well as cryptocurrency.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

4 Bonuses & Promotions Terms

Welcome Bonus

• A bonus is awarded as a percentage of your first deposit.
• A promo code may be required to claim the welcome bonus.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus turnover requirement has been fulfilled.
• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.

Turnover Requirement

Each bonus carries a specific betting turnover requirement. For example, a BDT 1,000 bonus with a 10x turnover means you must place a total of BDT 10,000 in bets before withdrawing. Full turnover details are clearly stated on each bonus page.

5 Betting Rules & Limits

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on v55. These rules apply equally to all users.

• The minimum amount for a single bet is BDT 100.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the event and market.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time; the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed will apply.
• V55 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Cash-out is available on selected events.

If an Event Is Cancelled or Postponed

If a sports event is cancelled or postponed beyond its scheduled time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded. For cricket matches affected by rain, separate rules apply and will be stated on the betting page.

6 Prohibited Activities & Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited to keep the v55 platform fair and safe. Violations will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of any funds held.

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Creating or operating an account under another person's identity.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Involvement in match fixing or any form of betting fraud.
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.

7 Privacy & Personal Data

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

V55 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Creating an account using false or inaccurate information.
• If KYC verification fails.
• If suspicious financial activity or evidence of fraud is found.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted country or region.

User wishes to close their account voluntarily

You can request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. All pending bets will be settled before the account is closed, and you will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance.

9 Limitation of Liability

V55 strives to provide uninterrupted service, but certain circumstances may arise beyond our control. v55 is not directly liable for the following:

• If a bet is missed due to an internet connection issue.
• Transactions delayed due to third-party payment provider issues.
• Service disruptions caused by unexpected technical failures.
• If login credentials are lost due to your own negligence.
• Force majeure — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.

10 Right to Modify & Applicability

V55 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page, and registered users will be notified of significant changes via email or private notification.

• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you object to any of these terms, you have the option to close your account.

Any disputes relating to these terms will be resolved in accordance with international gaming law and the rules of v55's licensing authority.
